|What and where should be indicated in the location?|
|Your location is indicated in your profile in the 'Address' section. In this section, you must indicate the field 'Exact location' on Google maps your exact or approximate location. After saving, the program will determine and show you your time zone in the 'Time Zone' field.|
|How to log in to your profile?|
|To enter your profile, you need to click on the word of your login name in the upper right corner of the site in red (Picture 1 - 1).

|If you are not logged into your profile, the currency will be displayed in the currency indicated in your teacher’s profile.|

|How can a teacher set a lesson cost?|
|To set the cost of the lesson, you need to enter into your profile section 'Payment and rating'. In the field 'Payment per hour', set the cost of the lesson in the currency you choose. If you specify a value of 0, then all lessons ordered by students will be free.|
|How can a student order a lesson?|
|In order for a student to order a lesson, you must enter your profile and select 'Teacher search' at the top of the site (Picture 1 - 1), and a search will be made for the teachers.
Picture 1In the search bar (Picture 1 - 2), you can set the search parameters. The first lesson on the chosen subject from the teacher can be free, this is indicated by a green button (Picture 1 - 4) or a paid blue button (Figure 1-3). When you click on this button, you will be taken to the order page of the lesson (Picture 2).
Picture 2Here on the lesson order page you can see the time of one lesson (Picture 2 - 1), the buttons to go to the next or previous 7 days (Picture 2 - 2), the time of one line (Picture 2 - 3), and the dates and days of the week (Picture 2 - 4).
To order a lesson, click on the green cell (Picture 2 - 5) which corresponds to a specific time and date. After selecting the green cell, it will change to the blue color when chosen. Each such cell is 30 minutes of lesson. You can order several lessons. If you selected the cells for the maximum time of one lesson, automatically one lesson is formed (Picture 3).
Picture 3During the selection of the time and day of lessons, the 'Information about order' panel displays all the information on the lessons ordered (Picture 4).
Picture 4After you have chosen the time and days of the week for lessons, you can order them in the 'Actions' panel (Picture 5).
Picture 5On the 'Actions' panel, you can delete all selected lessons by clicking on the 'Delete all lessons' button (Picture 5 - 1).
If the lesson varies between 30 and more minutes to several hours, you can order the time between the minimum and maximum time of the lesson by clicking on the 'Apply Lesson' button (Picture 5-2).
After setting the time and days of the week for lessons, you can order lessons or a lesson by clicking on the ' Order Lesson and Pay ' button (Picture 5 - 3).
For a free lesson, there will only be two buttons on this panel: 'Remove all lessons' and 'Order lesson'. You can order only one free lesson per teacher.
After clicking on the order of the lesson or lessons, if the lessons are paid, you will see a window of choice of payment method. Choose a convenient method of payment and pay. The lesson or lessons you have ordered are moved to the 'Ordered Lessons' section of your profile.
|How can a teacher start a lesson?|
|When a student orders a new lesson, the teacher will receive an email to the specified e-mail in his/her profile, as well as a message on the 'Notifications' panel (Picture 1 - 1). To view information about a new lesson, you can click on the 'Notifications' panel for a necessary event about a new lesson, or go to the 'Ordered Lessons' section in the teacher's profile (Picture 1 - 2).
Picture 1In the 'Ordered Lessons' section, you can see basic information about the lesson, the date and time of the lesson, the subject of the lesson, and the total time of the lesson. You can also see how much time is left until the beginning of the lesson (Picture 1 - 3). You can cancel the lesson for any reason by clicking on the 'Cancel Lesson' button (Picture 1 - 4,) and the student will receive a message about the cancellation of the lesson. If the lesson is paid, the money is returned to the student.
Five minutes before the lesson starts (Picture 2 - 1), the 'Start Lesson' button appears (Picture 2 - 2). This button will be visible for 10 minutes from 5 minutes before the lesson to 5 minutes after the beginning time of the lesson. You must press this button to start the lesson.

Picture 3On the video lesson page, you can see the brief information about the lesson (Picture 3 - 1), the Video chat window (Picture 3 - 2), the whiteboard for entering some characters and signs (Picture 3 - 3), and text chat (Picture 3 - 4).
As soon as the student makes a command for the beginning of the lesson, you will see it in the Video chat window. If for a long time you do not see the student or the video has disappeared, you need to click on the button 'Reload video' (Picture 3 - 6).
In the video tutorial, there is a timer (Picture 3 - 5) where you can see how much time is left until the end of the lesson.
|How does a student start a lesson?|
|For a student to begin a lesson with the teacher, the student should click on the 'Notifications' symbol to wait for the beginning of the lesson and left-click on the message (Picture 1).

|What problems can there be during a video tutorial?|
|If you experience problems during the tutorial, solutions are as follows:|
For the teacher:

|First free lesson|
|The first free lesson from registering with the teacher is automatically set to 30 minutes, but the teacher can change the time of the first free lesson or remove it.|
To change the first free lesson, you need to enter your profile, choose section 'Payment and rating' (Picture 1 - 1), and choose 'First free lesson' (Picture 1 - 2).
Picture 1The free lesson is valid for each new student in each subject, so if the teacher teaches 2 or more subjects, then the first free lesson will be for each subject.
|Confirming identification of the teacher is necessary before the teacher can conduct online lessons with students.|
To complete identification, select 'Identication' in your profile (Picture 1 - 1).
Picture 1On the identification page you can see the success of the notification or not (Picture 1 - 2). To pass the identification process, it is necessary to fill in the text fields marked with the symbol 'asterisk *' and send to us.
As soon as we check your data, we will notify you by mail (if you specified the email address in the profile for distribution) and in the 'Notifications' panel test results.
For non-US residents, identification is easier because it requires less data (Picture 2).
Picture 2If you change your identity, you must send us the new information. If the status of your prior identification has been successfully verified, we will not stop your identification status and quickly check the new data received.
In case of infringement or any complaints from the students, we will contact you and pause your teaching status until further notice.
|Search for teachers on Google maps|
This search method was developed to search for teachers near you for offline lessons, but you can also use it to order online lessons. To select this search in the top menu of the site select 'Search->teacher on the map'.|
To search for teachers on the map, it is necessary to set the search conditions on the panel above the map and use the mouse to select the search area on the map (Picture 1 - 1 and 1 - 2).
Picture 1To indicate the search area on the map, click on the left mouse button and move the mouse to see a red outline. This contour defines the search area. To complete the formation of the search area, click the left mouse button again (Picture 1 - 2).To scale the map, scroll the mouse wheel.
After setting the conditions and the search area, click on the 'Search' button on the search conditions panel (Picture 1 - 1). On the map, you will see the location markers of the teachers and the main information about the teachers found displayed to the right of the map (Picture 1 - 3).
By clicking on the marker located on the teacher’s info panel to the right of the map, the teacher’s information of the selected marker is highlighted in a blue outline, and the marker appears as a red dot. You can click on the teacher’s information, and the marker corresponding to this reader is highlighted with a red dot (Picture 1 - 3, 1 - 4). The panel to the right of the map displays basic information on the teachers' search (total rating and the total time of the lessons held, the rating and time spent for each subject separately, the address of the teacher and so on). If you logged into your account as a student, you can order an online lesson by clicking on the 'Order online lesson' button. To see more detailed information, you need to click on the 'Details' button and you will be taken to the teacher's details page (Picture 2).

|How can a teacher enable/disable the display of his data in a search?|
The teacher can choose in which type of search he should be present, for example, only on a map for offline lessons or in a list search for online lessons or in both types of search. To set these settings, you must enter your profile and select 'more->Other Settings' in it (Picture 1 - 1).
Picture 1There are two options in this section: 'Online lessons' for displaying information about the teacher in a list search so that students can order online lessons and 'Offline lessons' for displaying information about the teacher in the search on maps for offline lessons.
